Through the mediums of gentle yoga techniques and art applications, Lavender Art Studios can offer specifically designed stress management programs.
With the view of instilling simple body movements and breath techniques, these workshops and programs can be devised into themes to help participants personally reflect within themselves in a non-intrusive way.
The combination of yoga and expressive art applications and techniques may help individuals defuse the effects of immediate and long term stress; certainly, reports, both verbal and written from those who have already been involved with the therapeutic workshops and programs do indicate positive results in helping participants manage their stress levels.
In consultation with the a representative from your organisation the workshops and programs can be especially tailored to meet the individual needs of those who participate in the yoga and art workshops.
$160.00 per person, per day. A minimum of 12 firm pre-paid bookings would need to be made and no more than 15 for one day.
