Extra Information
1. Due to the following reason, we will no longer be offer the yearly discounted booking arrangements. In the event of another closure due to COVID 19 or any other unforeseen circumstance that is out of our control, the art studio will not be able to offer future credit for pre-paid discounted yearly booked art classes. We sincerely thank those parents who, over the years have supported the yearly discounted booking arrangements. The arrangements, to date, have always worked well for participating parents and the art studio, but are no longer a sustainable in this current climate.
2. In the event of another closure due to COVID 19 or for any other unforeseen circumstance that is out of our control, the on-line art classes will be put into place immediately. If you book your child/children into a term of art classes, you need to accept that the on-line art classes will substitute the face to face teaching of art classes in the event of an unforeseen and out of our control art studio closure. All 10 term art classes must be paid for regardless of your child’s participation at the art studio or on-line.
3. For those parents who do opt to pay by the 3 phase installment process. Greg kindly extends this offer and is very happy to continue offering these arrangements.
However, for any reason that you do withdraw your child from the 10 art classes prior to the term balance being paid, the balance of the fees is due immediately. As noted in the offer of placement letter prior to enrollment and your acceptance of the place ‘all 10 art classes must be paid for, regardless of student’s attendance’.
The reason being, is that we do not offer the 10 week term art classes on a casual basis and your engagement with the term art program means that you make a firm commitment to this arrangement and the places are only offered accordingly. We do offer casual places in the holiday art workshops. Please see terms and conditions of entry for further information.
