Download and save the Registration form below and send it back. The forms must be clear and legible.

2. PAYMENT

 

If paying by internet banking please make the payment into the art studio bank account at the same time you send through the enrolment form. (Bank account details on next page)

 

3. CONFIRMATION EMAIL

 

You will receive a confirmation note once both the enrolment form and payment are received
