A big congratulations to Helen Gillies on her recent art sale!

A big congratulations to Helen Gillies on her recent art sale! Helen, a long-time participant in LAS adult art classes, now resides and practices her craft in the sunny climate of Queensland. She was a frequent attendee of our women's art and yoga weekends and continues to join Greg's High Country Art Retreats in the Snowy Mountains Region of NSW.

Her painting, Dry Plains, was recently sold at a community art exhibition where 17 other pieces were also showcased and sold, with a portion of the proceeds going to charity. This work, created during one of our high country retreats, beautifully captures the sweeping treed high plains, with Helen's modern style and expert technique elevating the traditional land and waterscape portrayal. The location where this painting was created is a special place, familiar only to those who have attended Greg's meticulously curated retreats.
